UNDERGRADUATE BEHAVIORAL CODING RESEARCH ASSISTANT
The LCBD is interested in hiring undergraduate behavioral coding research assistants for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
Coding UGRAs will gain knowledge on the LCBDs behavioral coding system and will receive in depth training to code existing videos of the P-CAT Study. This data will help collect and process behavioral data for the study, as well as be used to train the AI model being created within our lab.
This role is a paid position. Students eligible for work study are preferred, but it is not required! UGRAs will be expected to work 6 hours per week and will be compensated $15/hour. UGRAs will be required to attend their shifts in person at our lab during their first semester of employment, and may transition to remote working in their second semester. Working hours can be flexible around class schedule, but expected to be within the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
This role is focused exclusively on behavioral coding and does not involve assisting with in-person sessions or working directly with research participants. If you are interested in a more hand-on research oriented role, you may apply for the UGRA position.
