Research Technician
Shreeja Vachhani is a Research Technician at the Laboratory for Child Brain Development at Washington University in St. Louis. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience and Psychology along with a minor in Biology from Lawrence University in Appleton, WI. Her research interests include a) better understanding the neural underpinnings of emotion regulation, especially in light of early childhood psychopathology, and b) examining the role of mindfulness-based interventions in reducing negative affect and promoting overall wellbeing during early childhood. She hopes to attend graduate school for social work in the near future.
